Return Policy
Non-stock products or accessories are NOT returnable or refundable.
If the product purchased is refundable, the return must be authorized by our vendor for a return authorization number. There are limitations in the number of days the product can be returned by, please check with us. The product purchased must be in its original packaging, unopen with no paint or dirt. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to purchase price.

Please call for pricing on any products you see on our website or click on “Get a Free Quote” button and we will email you a quote. Price is based on volume. Larger orders receive greater discounts.
Warranties
Elegant Flooring offers no warranty on any product. All the warranties are from the manufacturer of the product. Elegant Flooring will help with you establishing a connection with the manufacturer for warranty purposes.
