Overview
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We must obtain approval and a Return Authorization Number from the manufacturer. ALL RETURNS are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee, no EXCEPTIONS.
Items purchased on SPECIAL, DISCONTINUED items, accessories like moldings, adhesive and some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please check with us at the time of purchase.
To complete your return, we must verify that you purchased the materials from us.
Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer or warehouse where it was picked up. Please inform us first so we can supply you with a Return Authorization Number.
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected, and received back in inventory by the manufacturer, we will send you an email or call to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds on credit card payments are usually processed within 3-5 business days from issuance. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Sale or discontinued items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or discontinued items cannot be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Exchanges
We only replace moldings and accessories if they are defective or damaged. Pictures of the damaged product must be submitted to us as proof. We will forward them to the manufacturer for management approval for exchange.
Shipping returns
To ship your product back to us, you need to obtain approval from us you may do so.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The material needs to be palletized, strapped and shrink wrapped in the original condition you received it.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
